PAYMENT and SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Magpul accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


WHAT IS IT GOING TO COST ME?
Shipping costs are based on your order total and will be calculated during checkout.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
In stock items are packaged and shipped within one to three business days (M-F). Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order. When an item(s) ships an order shipment email with tracking info and a backorder list of out of stock items, if applicable, will also be sent.
All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via FedEx and transit times will vary depending on location. If you would like an order sent via another carrier (UPS or US Postal) or expedited via Air shipping please call 1-877-4MAGPUL or email us at orders@magpul.com for details.
Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are typically sent via Priority US Postal regardless of what shipping method is selected at checkout.


WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
While many of our products are available at any given time, out of stock items will NOT show as such on the website. Due to the wide variety of items we carry along with heavy demand it is difficult to list what may be out of stock at any given time. We will take backorders, however, on any out of stock products and will send partial shipments as items come off backorder. We do not charge any extra costs for multiple shipments and your credit card will not be charged for an item until that item ships. However, you may see card authorizations which are only used to check for available funds.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do NOT ship internationally and all orders must have U.S. billing and shipping addresses. The only exception to this is for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, with potential restrictions as noted below:

PLEASE NOTE: Many of the items on this Web site are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130) and EXPORT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED without authorization or a license for each order as issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations a shipment for personal use to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.
If you have ordered a restricted product(s) to be exported to an APO/FPO one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you within three business days (M-F) to discuss your options.

WHAT ARE THE TAX RATES?
To cover sales tax, a fee of approximately 7.5% (subject to change) will be added to the total for orders with a billing address in Colorado. All sales are FOB Shipping Point.



RETURNS and EXCHANGES

If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is defective or damaged, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 60-day return policy on all Magpul products to allow the user sufficient time to field test the gear in the environment of their choosing. If you find a newly purchased piece of Magpul gear unsatisfactory please send it back for a full refund. If you would like to exchange for another item in the same price class we will gladly do so, however in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.

To make a return, please take the following steps:
  • For defective or warranty returns please contact us first at techsupport@magpul.com or call 1-877-4MAGPUL.
  • Send the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in a small box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain a tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.
  • Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for warranty returns).
  • Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. Shipping charges will be refunded if we sent the wrong item, or if the item we sent was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
